Hourly Design Fee
Traditional interior design is a customized design service tailored to fit the individual design needs of Chicago area residents. This can range anywhere from a few finish recommendations to a full home renovation and is catered to the specific needs of each individual client. This service provides our clients with access to trade-only furnishings, discounted merchandise and custom designs.

Design concept and mood boards
Specification of furniture, fixtures and materials
Custom cabinetry and furniture
Lighting concept drawings
HOW IT WORKS
We set-up an in-home consultation to:
discuss your design needs and style,
discuss your timeline and budget,
take photographs and measurements,
and answer questions.
DESIGN FEES
A flat, hourly fee is charged for traditional interior design services.
After the initial consultation, a proposal outlining the design scope and estimated hours will be provided.
Design work will begin after receipt of a 50% deposit on your project. Any remaining balance will be due upon completion of the project.
